_ Network Activation
My main line of work is helping networks activate their collective intelligence and create a trust-web between members. My approach is very focused on relationships and it involves a lot of hearing and processing.
Some of the tools I use are creative calls/workshops (both heavily and softly facilitated), running sprints, particularly governance sprints, and creating collaboration scaffolding like collective games and shared documents.
Most of my experience comes from working as a Catalyst — a decentralized servant-leader role creating and experiencing the future of work — for Enspiral for 2 years, a position I'm currently holding (only part time though).
As an Enspiral Catalyst I do many things, like hosting network-wide sprints, making key introductions and managing the communications working group.
Spent 45 days travelling to schools in the state of Rio de Janeiro hosting conversations about the true needs of teachers, all to inform public policy making.
Before I became a Catalyst, I organized a collective sensemaking project that generated a shared vision of our network in video form.
_ Content Creation
Having co-founded and owned both a gamification company and a design studio in the past, I also have content experience. My main training is in camera-facing videos, but I also do all sorts of assets: games, landing pages, interviews, articles, you name it.
Where I truly shine is in high-intensity personality-focused videos, such as this humorous prototype introduction and this witty explainer video.

Made a series of tutorial videos for the collective decision making tool Loomio when they were launching their 2.0 software.
I created and produced Jojojo, a cardgame about authentic connections and personality exploration. Crowdsourced content, selling worldwide.

I host a youtube channel about fantasy worldbuilding, studying famous pieces of pop media and extracting lessons from them.
